Helping leaders see what is changing, determine what matters, and decide what to do next.
We are living through one of those rare periods when technology, work, institutions, science, and society are all changing at once.
Phil Magnuszewski helps leaders make sense of that change, challenge assumptions inherited from another era, and explore what becomes possible next.
He is Chief Innovation Officer at Infused Innovations, founder of D!srupt and AI in NH, and a statewide leader on artificial intelligence and emerging technology in New Hampshire.

Artificial intelligence is part of a much larger transition. The systems, assumptions, structures, and constraints that shaped organizations for decades are beginning to move at the same time.
The important question is no longer simply what new technology can do. It is what becomes possible when the old constraints no longer apply.
01
The nine-to-five knowledge organization was designed for another technological era. The structure of work itself is becoming open for reconsideration.
02
Expertise and information are becoming increasingly abundant. Judgment, discernment, curiosity, and the ability to ask better questions become more valuable.
03
Departments, roles, workflows, and management structures built around human information constraints can now be reconsidered.
04
The conversation is shifting from what AI can do to what we can now do that was previously difficult, expensive, or impossible.
05
The same forces reshaping companies will also affect education, government, healthcare, workforce development, civic life, and economic opportunity.
Phil's work begins with understanding those shifts, not with selling a predetermined answer.
Phil's perspective comes from working across worlds that do not always overlap.
01
Advising executives, leadership teams, and boards confronting real decisions involving emerging technology, innovation, organizational design, and change.
02
Using D!srupt as an exploration company to test ideas, pursue unconventional questions, develop experiments, and convene combinations of people who might not otherwise find themselves in the same room.
03
Working at the intersection of technology, workforce, policy, education, economic development, business, and community through statewide leadership in New Hampshire.
04
Speaking, facilitating, questioning, and helping people make consequential decisions when the answer is not yet obvious.
That combination creates a perspective grounded in what organizations can do now while remaining attentive to what may become possible next.

The interesting question is often underneath the obvious one. Before deciding what to build or change, understand what is actually happening and what question deserves to be answered.
As intelligence becomes increasingly abundant, knowing what matters becomes more important than simply producing more information. Technology can expand the decision space. Humans still have to decide what is worth pursuing.
Large transformations should not begin with large promises. Start with an experiment small enough to learn from and meaningful enough to produce evidence.
Technology, organizations, strategies, experiences, and conversations should be thoughtfully made. How something is created matters alongside what it accomplishes.
Ongoing counsel to executives, leadership teams, and boards navigating emerging technology, innovation, organizational change, and consequential strategic decisions.
Focused working sessions designed to uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, frame decisions, and identify credible experiments.
Small rooms, workshops, dinners, salons, and gatherings designed to create conversations that ordinary meetings rarely produce.
Keynotes, executive briefings, and provocations about emerging technology, organizational reinvention, judgment, work, and what comes next.
Phil has always been drawn to the spaces where disciplines overlap and where the answer is not yet clear.
Emerging technologies. Changing institutions. New forms of work. Unconventional ideas. Questions that have not yet acquired obvious answers.
He believes some of the most important ideas emerge not from formal presentations, but around tables, during experiments, in workshops, through wandering conversations, and when people who do not normally occupy the same room begin comparing what they see.
Underlying the work is a larger conviction:
We should not simply inherit the systems, organizations, careers, communities, or futures handed to us.
We can examine them. Question them. Reimagine them.
And, with enough curiosity, judgment, courage, and craft, help author what comes next.

The first step is not a proposal.
It is a conversation about what you are trying to understand, decide, explore, or create.
